Pilates Classes

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes.


There is a Pilates class to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you. We change it up every class. It is important to keep your muscles and mind guessing. Come to class and challenge your core with BARRE techniques, therapeutic ball exercises, traditional Pilates, and cardio work all mixed into one.

Meg Hazelrigg, Physical Therapist, Certified BASI Instructor

I am a practicing physical therapist and a BASI-certified Pilates instructor. I graduated from IUPUI PT school in 1998. I currently work as a PT with infant-to-three-year-old children through Indiana's First Steps Program. I love treating children and assisting families in meeting their outcomes and goals. I worked in the clinic setting prior to now and was always very motivated in educating people on living healthier lifestyles.

This passion was the perfect segue to becoming a Pilates instructor. I am certified through BASI Pilates, an internationally renowned certification company. Rael Isacowitz has developed a Pilates program made to improve the quality of health for all clients (novice to expert), and BASI is educating instructors at the top level . I have also taken Barre workshops and will grow with a PIYO workshop in November 2014. I have instructed for nearly 10 years and practiced Pilates for over 13 years. You will hear my passion for Pilates the first time we meet. I would love the opportunity to share the benefits Pilates has to offer with you.
