In person classes @ 840 LOGAN Street


Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes are full body mat pilates style. 

We work on the mat with small pilates equipment. The focus of these classes is to teach functional movement while strengthening the stabilizers of the body. 

We are power based pilates so come ready to burn!

Tuesday and Thursday classes are circuit style/HIIT workouts.  I highly recommend attending a MWF before you try circuit.
